• 2o step: the owner‘s and property information are inserted in our data base and are automatically intercrossed with potential property request for the case one of our client has already expressed interest for a corresponding type of property. 
• 3o step: We compose an advertisement with full description and photos of the property (in two languades – Greek & English) and we hang it at a visible spot inside and outside the office.
• 4o step: The corresponding advertisement is sent to local, national and international newspapers and magazines as well as property web pages in Greece and abroad. For every property, we always follow the owner’s indications e.g. “not sent advertisements to local press”.
